• Group Immersions: Online and in-person group programs blending breathwork, sound healing, and somatic practices.
• Workshops and Events: Community-focused transformational experiences.
• Ahanah Method Training: An in-depth program teaching breathplay, sound alchemy, and somatic embodiment practices.

2. Eligibility to Participate
To participate in our services, you must:
1. Be at least 18 years of age.
2. Understand that Ahanah’s services are not a substitute for professional medical care or therapy.
3. Consult a healthcare professional before engaging in our practices, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions such as cardiovascular issues, pregnancy, or mental health concerns.
3. Code of Conduct
To ensure a safe and respectful environment, all participants agree to:
• Treat other participants, facilitators, and team members with respect.
• Refrain from discriminatory, harmful, or disruptive behavior.
• Maintain the confidentiality of personal shares during group settings.
Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in immediate removal from our programs without a refund.
4. Pricing, Payments, and Refund Policies
4.1 Pricing and Currency
• All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD).
• Applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout.
4.2 Payments
• Payment must be made in full or as part of a payment plan at the time of registration.
4.3 Refunds
• Digital Programs: Non-refundable once accessed.
• Workshops and Events: Refunds are available if cancellation is made at least 14 days before the event start date. No refunds are provided for cancellations after this timeline.
• Program Cancellation by Ahanah: In the unlikely event of cancellation, participants will receive a full refund.
5. Health and Liability Disclaimer
5.1 No Medical Advice
Ahanah’s services are designed for educational and personal development purposes and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
5.2 Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that practices such as breathwork and somatic movement carry inherent risks, including physical and emotional discomfort. By participating, you assume full responsibility for your health and well-being.
5.3 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ahanah Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in our services. This includes but is not limited to physical injury, emotional distress, or other damages resulting from your use of our services.
6. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Ahanah, including but not limited to the Ahanah InWave Alchemy™ methodology, videos, audio guides, PDFs, and course materials, is the exclusive property of Ahanah Pty Ltd.
Participants are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, or modification of this content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Ahanah collects and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). These Terms are to be read in conjunction with applicable statutory guarantees.
